I like walking, talking, meeting people and I love history – that’s why being a Camden Guide suits me down to a T! Originally from Italy, but a proud resident of Camden Town for over 30 years, I have been showing groups of tourists around London as a hobby for years. What particularly intrigues me is history with a small “h”, and I delight in finding traces of the many past lives and stories wherever I go. Women’s history, medicine and crime are my special interests and I am particularly keen to offer walks in London’s less known areas. Besides teaching and translating, when I am not guiding you will most likely find me ankle-deep in mud on the Thames foreshore, indulging my other passion, archaeology (I am a Museum of London Archaeology volunteer).
I am happy to create personalised tours based on a particular theme or for a special occasion.
All my walks are also available in Italian.
