In light of the restrictions placed on all of us due to the Covid-19 virus, the Camden Tour Guides Association has been considering the options for the training course starting in September 2020. Given the current uncertainty about what the position will be in September, and the fact that guide training does require some elements of face to face and group training, it has been decided, after much thought, and with much regret, that the start date for next Camden Tour Guiding Course will be September 2021, with no course being offered in September 2020. Whilst we were very much looking forward to welcoming a new cohort of students this September, this decision reflects Camden Tour Guides’ Association concern to be mindful of the health, safety and wellbeing of students, association members and our guests; the general public.
